- PLEASE NOTE, if you order an OUT OF STOCK or PRE-ORDER item, your ENTIRE order will be held and shipped together when all items are in-stock.
- Orders placed during special events such as SDCC or NYCC will incur delayed shipping. All shipping will re-commence a week and a half after a convention that WYP has a physical presence at.
- In-stock items will typically ship within 1 – 3 business days after the order was placed.
- Please allow 3 – 6 weeks for out-of-stock jewelry items. Each piece is hand finished and requires attention to detail.
- Pre-Order Pins will take roughly 4 - 6 weeks to be back in stock.
- All 14k gold items are custom-made to order, please allow 3 – 4 weeks for production and fulfillment.

- Domestic: What's Your Passion Jewelry sends most orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Package with tracking. Price starts at $6.00 USD.
- International Orders: Shipping options and rates depend on the country. We use USPS First Class Package International. International shipping is calculated at checkout. What’s Your Passion is not responsible for import fees such as brokerage, tariffs, and VAT taxes.
EXCEPTIONS TO OUR DELIVERY TIME FRAMES:
- Inclement weather conditions may delay or postpone our deliveries. What's Your Passion Jewelry will not hold liability or refund the shipping charge based on an inclement weather delay.
- If the delivery of your package is delayed or postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of What's Your Passion Jewelry or USPS, such as the re-routing of delivery based on mechanical difficulties, What's Your Passion Jewelry will not hold liability or refund the shipping charges.
HELP! MY TRACKING IS STUCK!:
- Domestic: Tracking does have some delay between cities as they scan in parcels. Please give your parcel at least 2-5 business days to update. If it does not update within that time, please open an inquire with USPS. Once the package leaves our shop, we are not responsible for the path USPS uses to ship it to you.
- If your tracking indicates that it is being held by customs, it is the customer's responsibility to contact their country's customs to claim it.
- If your parcel has not moved from a location in a timely manner, please reach out to the carrier. (Within US: USPS Outside: Country's Postal Service) WYP is not responsible for missing packages outside of the United States.
