WYP Affiliate Program: Quick Terms & Conditions

By signing up for the UpPromote Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for the affiliate program, you must meet the criteria set forth by What's Your Passion Jewelry (WYP). 
  • We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

Affiliate Links and Promotion:

  • Upon acceptance, you will be provided with unique affiliate links and/or coupon codes to promote WYP's products or services.
  • You are responsible for the content and methods of your promotion, ensuring they are ethical, legal, and do not make false or misleading claims.
  • Affiliate links and codes should be used in a manner that is transparent to the customer, clearly indicating that you may receive a commission for their purchase.

Commissions and Payouts:

  • You will earn a commission on qualifying sales made through your unique affiliate links or coupon codes.
  • The commission rate is as agreed upon within your UpPromote affiliate dashboard and is set at 10% of the sale, based on the net sale amount (excluding taxes, shipping, and returns).
  • Payouts will be processed on the first of each month.
  • Important: Only sales that have been placed at least two weeks before the first of the month are eligible for payout in that cycle. Sales made within the two weeks preceding the first of the month will be included in the following month's payout.
  • A minimum payout threshold of $10 must be reached before a payout is issued.
  • Payouts will be made via PayPal (but more payout methods are being explored for the future, such as Venmo, bank transfer, ect.)

Coupon Code Usage:

  • Affiliate provided coupon codes do not stack with other coupon codes or promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Customers using an affiliate coupon code may not be able to receive additional discounts from clearance or special sales items.
  • The use of an affiliate coupon code might also exclude the customer from receiving free gifts with purchase, depending on the specific promotion's terms. It is recommended to inform your audience of this possibility.

Termination:

  • Your affiliate membership may be terminated at any time, with or without cause, by either party.
  • If fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms is detected, your account may be terminated immediately, and any unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

Acceptance:

  • By signing up for the UpPromote Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

WYP reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.
